Strengths and Weaknesses
- A lil expensive for a twink setup, was 8D for me total (most of the cost being the Jewel)
- Squishy but impossible to die when you 1 shot everything

Twister does more damage and clears the screen a bit better, but it's slightly harder to play, in that it's just not as straight forward and braindead. You'll save a bit of time and Twister is insanely OP at endgame, but it's really personal preference for what you want to play

Skysliver is great as it gives you a ton of attacks per second as well as pretty decent dps at low levels.
At level 1 I bought a spear from renly and just slammed an alch on it + a rune.
At level 10 you can use 
Chainsting
At level 16 Skysliver - aim for one with as high attacks per second as you can afford
At level 40 
Daevata's Wind - but you keep Skysliver in your second weapon set
Constantly upgrade gloves/rings/weapons every 6-10 levels depending on how powerful you feel, just get whatever has the highest possible total extra damage - Don't use 
Painter's Servant for too long as they will brick your freeze application
In 
Tabula Rasa put all +2% movement speed, with 1-2 rolls of either 1) Attack Damage 2) Projectile Damage After Dealing A Melee hit) Projectile Damage 4) Projectile Speed 5) Damage with Spears 6) Elemental Damage
