1) Get Res Capped
2) Get a decent amount of evasion/ES
3) Get damage stats like flat on rings, level of melee skills on amulet, etc
4) Get rarity
Anoint: 
Tribal Fury if you have $$ it's very good for damage / AoE. 
Vulgar Methods very budget decent damage option, nerfs mana. 
Ether Flow is another good option that solves mana better than 
Well of Power but you lose 20% crit damage, up to you. I prefer the mana.

How it Plays
Press 
Killing Palm against your 
Hollow Focus bells that spawn around you to proc Thrill of the Kill II and Blazing Critical along with generating power charges
Consume 1 power charge by pressing 
Rend to get an extra 50% damage as lightning
Then just run around and press 
Hollow Form - personally I tap and then roll, and on bosses/tankier elites I'll hold down the button
On bosses you want to use 
Pounce to apply Mark for Death II but this is optional.
