Build Overview
This build has a ton of both AoE and single target damage, to get you through the campaign on both normal and cruel difficulty. There are 2 variants for this build. One for early game, and then a second version once you get to cruel mode.

While leveling, don't focus too much on min maxing your gear. Aim for a good physical quaterstaff (as we convert physical to lightning damage).
Then just go for highest level gear you can find, try and find the following stats:
- Levels to melee skills
- Max life
- Attack Speed
- Movement Speed (boots)
- More Energy Shield

How it Plays
Early game Playstyle:
The early plays around building up power cores with killing palm. Once you have power core you unleash them with falling thunder for massive AoE damage. Outside of this use tempest flurry with tempest bell for big boss and close range damage.
Mid Game Playstyle:
Charge in with gathering storm to deal huge AoE damage and shock all enemies. Drain shock with siphoning strike to give power charges. Charge staff and then deal big damage. Any additional charges can be used for falling thunder, but always keep staff charged. Drop bell for big single target damage and stun on yellows/bosses.
