Glacial Bolt Gemling Legionnaire, currently in a very rough state
The build revolves around using Vruun's Aftermath on 
Infernal Cry to detonate the Ice Walls created by out Glacial Bolt. By using Gemling Legionnaire, we get huge AoE and also can use Verglas on Glacial Bolt to get a massive amount of increased Cold Damage by scaling Ice Crystal Life
You do not need 
Mageblood for the build. Mine is currently Silver, Jade, Bismuth and Quicksilver, granting Movement Speed, Skill Speed, Resistances and Evasion Rating. You can use a Rare Belt with high Resistances and Life instead
Amulet - can use 
Absent Amulet with 
Trinity, but this can be expensive. Can instead use a different one with +# Level of Projectile Skills, Spirit, Life, Resistances, whatever you need. If you do this, you don't need to use 
Painter's Servant and can opt for other Gloves to solve your Resistances and life.
Anoint on Amulet: opt for 
Paragon, unless you can't get a 
Megalomaniac with 
Ice Walls
Morior Invictus again, not 100% necessary, but currently using it for Life Regeneration, Spirit and Global Defences. Make sure to socket in a 
Fox Idol to get +5% to Quality of All Skill Gems
Weapon: Crossbow with high Damage (increased Physical/Cold/Fire/Lightning) and +# Level of Projectile Skills/Attack Skills. Attack Speed is also nice and Onslaught too.

Make sure to add Quality to all of your Gems!
Echoing Cry on Infernal Cry - just read it and if you don't like the playstyle and instead want to push your Warcry after every Glacial Bolt, you can take it out.
Explosive Grenade - we aren't using this, we're just using this to balance our 
Gem Studded and 
Essence of Virtue. We want to have an equal number of Supports of each colour to get the full full benefit of Gem Studded so make sure to balance them out!
Can use Elemental Armament II instead of Rakiata's Flow on Glacial Bolt to save Currency.
