This build is pretty weak till early-mid endgame! I recommend you to switch later when you have enough budget, and start right away with late endgame setup.

use Whirling Slash up to 3 times, use Barrage and Frozen Locus if needed, and then use Twister.

read gem description, you'll easily get it

-pure whirling slash
Bind whirlwind lance to weapon set 2

when you enter the map, use whirlwind lance right below your feet.

And spam whirling slash to carry the whirlwind with you

Against rare monsters -> If they don't die instantly, use primal strikes for a second, they'll die.

Against bosses -> spam primal strike. if you wanna evade boss' attack, use whirling slash for moving
