Strengths and Weaknesses
- Lots of colours
- You can say you have the biggest CoC
- Vision Based Gaming - No chance this gets nerfed!
- Can't see Suna's creations
- Not designed for low budget (under 2k)

"Budget"
Runeforged Blacksteel Gauntlets has the highest runic ward for our purposes. 
Massive Mitts are fine as well. Can switch critical damage bonus to pierce on the suffix to make the build smoother.
Shankgonne add a ton of deflection rating. I have about 30k armour, and these result in about 40% deflection rating. Otherwise rare 
Runeforged Tasalian Greaves are good.
Ring you need at least 1 
Unset Ring OR 
Augmented Flesh in the build to fit in all the skill gems. Cast speed and +1 to spells are the only important mods.
Temporalis is interchangeable with other chests such as 
Runefather's Grasping Mail or 
Runemastered Sacrificial Regalia.
Shrine Sceptre is crafted by simply fracturing either T1 Spirit% or T1 Hybrid Spirit, then chaosing for the other. Suffixes are made using 2 alloys. Ideal final suffix is presence AOE, but this is not required. Ideal 3rd prefix is Mana.
Mageblood REQUIRES at least Legacy of Granite and Legacy of Basalt. This gets us a ridiculous amount of armour. Afterward, Diamond is a good option. Silver if you are playing 
Blink or Quicksilver if walking.
Ensure your 
Runemastered Runic Fork is the ward variant.
