This is my
Temporalis CoC spark build. Easily the fastest build in 0.5, while also having enough dps to kill any boss instantly. Can also do 200% deli with 20 modifier maps.

While this build will always be expensive because of
Temporalis, this is the cheaper version compared to my live version which is very expensive. This version doesn't have a rare
The Adorned which means we also take less jewel slots, which also makes the build cheaper.
You need to stack cost Efficiency everywhere to make this build properly work or else your spend will be too high. 15% on helmet and 40% on gloves are mandatory, and every skill needs Efficiency II
A mana cost efficiency ring can also be very strong and therefore you wouldn't need as much mana converted to life jewels. You ideally want 100-130 mana cost and the rest goes on life (use jewels to balance this).
Amulet can be
Archmage or
Cast on Critical.
While
Rathpith Globe is the ideal shield, getting the correct one is really expensive. Depending on prices a Rare shield (specially if it has the cast speed/as extra modifier) Will be quite strong.
Rathpith Globe cannot have "non-channeling spells cost additional 6% of your max life". This mod needs to be removed with cultivation corrupt. You ideally just want 6% increased damage per 100 max mana.
Mageblood is also a viable option if you're not doing high juice. Would probably want diamond/silver/bismuth with one of them being duped for 50% inc effect (this would also make resist really easy).
Jewel Mods:
You want 1-3 jewels with %mana cost converted to life cost (This depends on the lvl of your spark, ideally you want spark to cost around 100-130 mana and rest of the cost should be life).
You want 1 jewel with %max life on kill.
After that you want the standard double crit damage, critical hit chance with spells and either elemental damage or spell damage on prefix.

All the Uhtred's Augury are very good, but not needed if they're too expensive. They are a pretty low priority.
Passive Tree
without a rare
The Adorned it's not worth taking every jewel slot, so we opt for more efficient crit nodes on the tree instead. This also reduces the build cost because you'll need a lot less rare jewels.
Controlled Chaos is only for the spirit with
Against the Darkness. If you ever get the 10 spirit from the expedition reward, you can drop these 3 points.
Against the Darkness needs to be spirit/one as extra damage (cold is best, but any work).
