This build doesnt require any unique.
⚡ For armour, get as many evasion possible, except for Chest, since we're using Amazon's 
Stalking Panther, we're gonna go full ES for the easy crit cap!
⚡ Cap out ur resists on belt & rings.
⚡ Highly encouraged to get + melee gem level to juice up hollow palm DPS.
⚡ Accuracy is also important to have since we're stacking tons of it for 
Critical Strike!

Tempest Flurry works as ur "movement skill" + Staggering Palm is your clearspeed.
We only focus on Staggering Palm buffs to have those windy projectiles. So make sure to spam it until u get the buffs. (Avoid maps with high stun threshold from mobs)Shattering Palm's explosions is an extra boost on clearspeed.
Falling Thunder is your One-Shot-KO skill.Hand of Chayula helps you gain power charges, thanks to Ailith's Chimes * Culmination II combo
Berserk is a huge DPS boost since we're having max rage most of the time.
War Banner - Use it for tanky bosses if necessary. Huge dps boost too
Reason why we're going 
Amazon is because of Critical Strike.
We're capping crit up to at least 80-90% easily. Also since we're stacking tons of accuracy rating, we get a huge BOOST of attack speed from 
Falcon Dive. So yeah, with Amazon, we're getting both CRIT & Attack SPEED easily. 
Predatory Instinct & 
In for the Kill are extra speed/damage bonuses while bossing!Stalking Panther helps us to boost up evasion rating more efficiently while still getting high crit buffs (
Hollow Palm Technique) from ES body armour.
Important!
1. To be like the wind, u must make sure to get Staggering Palm buffs for those windy projectiles. *Avoid maps with stun threshold modifier*
2. Hold down Tempest Flurry and enjoy the zoom zoom-ness.
(Bossing Tips)
3. Spam Tempest Flurry until u get some decent stack of Culmination II, then cast Hand of Chayula to get max power charges. Once u have full power charges, use Falling Thunder to 1 shot bosses.
We're going Hollow Palm Technique.
So, stacking as much evasion rating from gear = SPEED BOOST!
Some decent ES on gear = CRIT BOOST!
To pump more damage on hollow palm, u need to get as many +Melee skill level possible, because it scales physical damage based on gem level.
