Super Simple Budget Twister Gemling Guide. I will Probably Be Taking this build up to Around a 100-400D Budget and then transitioning to some sort of Arc Build around day 4/5.
The idea for this build is super straightforwards. The 
Advanced Thaumaturgy Ascendancy gives what is already the best league starter ability Twister some pretty nice buffs to both 
Whirling Slash and also 
Barrage as well as twister itself. Twister gains More Proj Speed Which is a premium stat, Whirling Slash gain AS which is a premium stat, and Barrage gains less chance to consume charges which is a giga premium stat.
Twister is incredibly simple. Whirling Slash gains stages each time you use it up to 3 and these stages buff the Twister damage and proj amount and barrage multiplies this up to like 6 Times depending on the number of frenzy charges available.
As a result, with incredibly budget gear and next to no investment, we will have some of the best clear and single target in the game with incredible mobility.
On Top of that Twister is literally the build that speed runners use to clear campaign the fastest. Overall it is the most imbalanced build currently since it has the best early - mid - and late Game of any build on the market,
