Build Overview

This is a Budget Stat Stacker that does TONS of damage and has excellent survivability all for 15 divine orbs or under. This build is able to handle all content in the game with ease and has insane clear speed/farming capability make it S-tier overall while on a budget. We stack tons of stats with pillar of the caged god staff, and hand of wisdom and action gloves giving us an insane boost to damage for our main skill tempest flurry that clears the entire screen with ease.

As for the gear most of the choices here are very close to what I am actually running, and some are just BIS if you are wondering why this differs just a bit from the video. For your Amulet Anoint you will want to go with 'Pure Power'.

You will want to get at least one Jewel with Recover 2% of Mana on kill/% mana regeneration. Get 3 Jewels in total with 15% mana regeneration since we are a mind over matter build. Try and get 3 jewels with lightning penetration, 1 Jewel with Rage on Melee hit. With all Jewels, if possible, try to get corrupted with any stat corruption if possible. We also use 1 against the darkness unique jewel in the socket near iron reflexes key passive, one of the stats on the jewel needs to be 'small passive skills in radius also grand 3-4% chaos resistance', this chaos resistance is the whole reason we use this jewel, for the second stat that can be up to you based on your budget. How it Plays

This build plays very simple you just hold down tempest flurry and kill everything in sight with ease, on bosses you will use hand of Chayula to lower the boss's resistance and drop tempest bell for better single target damage. On pinnacle bosses you can turn off blink (our mobility skill) and turn on our cast on crit setup for even more single target DPS.
