Build Overview

This a end an amazing end game build! I have been using this to clear all maps quite quickly thanks to Blink and melting bosses in seconds auto generating charges thanks to Sniper's Mark.

For this build you only need 3 active skills: Ice Strike, Tempest Bell and Charged Staff, easy right?

This build will not be much expensive as you can expect and if you already dropping some divines from all content this will be quite easy to get there!
So let's have a look at this build

EQUIPMENT
Resistances are always the most important stat you want from your gear. But thanks to Ingenuity belt they are quite easy to get and reaching at least 90% to cover those maps with -15% resistances. You don't really need Ingenuity or Hand of Wisdom and Action but they are good boost to play with this build since i did this build around them.
Melting Maelstrom you definitely don't need it but since I am immune to chaos damage it's some extra damage that fits here quite well.
Besides this you want to focus on your attributes specially intelligence and dexterity since your Hand of Wisdom and Action will boost all this damage.
This build provide a good amount and shield and evasion at the same time and being immune to chaos damage with Chaos Inoculation makes everything easier to prevent that unexpected damage.

RUNES
For your chest and weapon Iron runes are the best take. For all other gear take resistances if you need. If your resistances are ok then go for some more Iron Runes for extra shield and evasion.

BODY ARMOR
Body armor is one of the most important items here. With the ascendancy Lead me through Grace...will provide more spirit according with how much evasion you have. More evasion = More spirit.
And Spirit will be very needed for this build to able to afford all the buffs for this build.
List of stats by prioritization:
- # Evasion Rating
- % Increased Evasion Rating
- Any Resistance that you may need
- Intelligence or Dexterity Attributes
- % Increased Rarity Of Items Found

WEAPON
This one we really want big Physical damage and elemental damage with attacks. To start this build Expert Crescent Quarterstaff is a good one. Eventually upgrade to a Expert Barrier Quarterstaff or Expert Slicing Quarterstaff.
List of stats by prioritization:
- %Increased Physical Damage
- %Increased Elemental Damage with Attacks
- Adds # to # Lighting/Cold Damage
- % to Critical Hit Chance
- % To Critical Damage Bonus
- Intelligence or Dexterity Attributes

AMULET
On the amulet we are looking to increase our energy shield since we don't have any life.
I recommend anointing Vulgar Methods which is a cheap one and will helpto increase your crit chance, Stormcharged is also a good option or Spaghettification if you already have the Hand of Wisdom and Action but this ones are more expensive.
List of stats by prioritization:
- # Increased Maximum Energy Shield
- # To Maximum Energy Shield
- Any Resistances (# To all Resistances is a good one)
- Intelligence/ Dexterity Attributes
- % Increased Rarity Of Items Found (Late End Game)

RINGS
Rings will be massive for this build since we are using Ingenuity these rings will provide ton of damage and resistances.
The damage that we want the most from this rings is Physical and Cold or lightning Damage, both scale well with this build.
The way I found easier to get the best from our rings is using a Sapphire Ring with cold resistance + cold to attacks and this way when using quality you can boost 3 of the stats from the ring at the same time.
Same thing for the second ring a Topaz Ring with lightning resistance and lightning damage to attacks to increase all together.
This way your resistances for cold and lighting will be toped up and then you just need to get fire resistance from your boots and helmet.
The physical to attacks will help to boost our leech from physical attacks as mana due to Cast on Critical being a big mana consumer.

List of stats by prioritization:
- Any Resistances you may need
- adds # to # Physical damage to attacks
- adds # to # cold/lightning damage to attacks
- Intelligence/ Dexterity Attributes
- leech # Of Physical Attack Damage As Mana
- % Increased Rarity Of Items Found (Late End Game)

BELT
On your Belt you want to complement your resistances and provide some extra mana if you need. Eventually when you can afford for a Ingenuity will be the best decision of your life. You can start with a 60% increased bonus for rings which is around 4 divines at the moment and eventually upgrade it later.
List of stats by prioritization:
- Any Resistances you may need
- + # Charms
- Mana
- % Increased Rarity Of Items Found (Late End Game)

GLOVES
Ideally you want to get a Hand of Wisdom and Action asap and getting more attributes on your gear to increase the effect of this gloves until then you can just go with rare ones.
List of stats by prioritization:
- Adds # to # cold damage to attacks
- adds # to # lightning damage to attacks
- Any resistances you may need
- # To Evasion Rating
- % Attack Speed
- Intelligence/ Dexterity Attributes
- Gain # Mana per Enemy Killed
- % Increased Rarity Of Items Found

BOOTS
Movement speed will be your main focus here besides helping you clear maps it's a great way to dodge some in game mechanics.
Look for as much as you can, ideally 35%.
Evasion + Energy Shield are the best choice for this build.
If you look for a full energy shield boots they will not give you much more than this ones.

List of stats by prioritization:
- % Increased Movement Speed
- % Increased Evasion and Energy Shield
- Any Resistances you may need
- Intelligence/ Dexterity Attributes
- % Increased Rarity Of Items Found

HELMET
Here we want to get the biggest shield we can since we don't have any life.
List of stats by prioritization:
- % Increased Energy Shield
- # To Maximum Energy Shield
- Any Resistances you may need
- Intelligence/ Dexterity Attributes
- Critical Chance
- # To Evasion Rating
- % Increased Rarity Of Items Found

JEWELS
Jewels can give you tons of amazing stats giving more defense and damage.
You want to look for Emerald Jewels to get some extra damage and evasion rating. Stats like % Evasion rating, Critical damage bonus, attack damage and speed with quarterstaffs.
Then you need some Saphire Jewels this ones will provide %Increased Maximum energy shield, % Increased Critical Chance and Recover % of Mana On kill.
Then you want to get a "Against The Darkness Time-Lost Diamond" giving you at least 4% Increased Dexterity per notable passive skills placing it close to Resonance node.
And "Controlled Metamorphosis Diamond" that affects in a Large Ring and place it close to Smooth Buckler Jewel Socket.

CHARM
I recommend Thawing Charm since frozen can be incredibly deadly. But as you play if you have low evasion you can start with Stone Charm to prevent any stuns. As you get more evasion you can switch for .
When you feel pretty strong and one shotting every enemy you can switch to Golden Charm to Increase your rarity drop chance.

Replace Grim Feast for Mana Remnants when fighting Pinnacle bosses and deactivate Blink.

This build is pretty straightforward. You cast Ice Strike enemies will be freeze and you get power charges. Activate Charged Staff and most of them will be instant dead.

All the Support gems on Charged Staff will give more exposure and they will be freeze and shocked easily, activating Herald of Ice and Herald of Thunder much faster. Ice Bite will go to Herald of Thunder since this skill will Freeze the enemies and Innervate to Herald of Ice since this will be the skill that shocks them. Together will be giving you 70% more damage!

Blink will help you to move faster around the map I find this specially useful while doing Trial Of Sekhemas since you can jump a lot of places to make your runs and farm faster.

In the Cast on Critical make sure to slot skills with the lowest level as possible otherwise will burn your mana!
Currently I am using a level 13 Eye of Winter and level 7 Sniper's Mark and level 7 Voltaic Mark. Keep sure to use the lowest level 7 as possible otherwise you will burn your mana in a single second.

And since mana can be a problem specially fighting bosses Make sure to deactivate Blink when fighting a pinnacle boss and switch Grim Feast with Mana Remnants to provide extra mana.

Combat Frenzy will generate a ton of charges while clearing maps and Sniper's Mark will generate charges while fighting bosses you just need to hit that boss and all those power charges will come up.

Mobalytics does not let me to add Unique jewels so I will need to write it down here.

Controlled Metamorphosis Diamond will be placed in the jewel socket close to Smooth Buckler and then you will activate Falcon Technique, Proficiency, Beastial Skin and Maiming Strike.

How it Plays

MAPS
While clearing maps use Blink to move faster spam your Ice Strike until you get power charges. Activate Charged Staff and thats basically it. When you need to fight a map boss just place your Tempest Bell and watch it die in a second.

PINNACLE BOSSES
This ones are more tricky and they need more damage and mana management as well.
When fighting pinnacle bosses deactivate Blink and replace Grim Feast for Mana Remnants and place Herbalism and Clarity in the support gem slots. This will give you more mana sustain while the Cast on Critical is being activated all the time but doing insane damage at the same time. Most of the bosses will die in few seconds. If you are doing +4 difficulty will just take a couple more hits but works pretty well.

How it Works

With this build the clear speed is amazing it takes me most of the times around 2-3 minutes to clear a map and go to the next one.
Pinnacle bosses are not a problem anymore and just need to take care with mana since Cast on Critical is a big spender.
