Tornado, your tornado MUST cost less than 10% of your maximum mana, otherwise you will not gain any damage. It seems to snapshot the damage when cast, so if your cast brings you below 90% you will never get the zenith bonus.

Idol of the Sycophant in the offhand weapon, this allows 
Entangle to build stacks for

Keep in mind there is a gem level cap at level 40, you may not need 
Prism of Belief to hit that cap with enough gear.

Goal with support gems is to get a total of 15 gems for each attribute, to gain 5% max resists from 
Thaumaturgical Infusion, and all the bonuses from 
Gem Studded. Offhand weapon gems do not count towards these passives, so need to ensure both weapons have identical support gem colors socketed for consistency.
