TitanThis build revolves around the new Unique Mace 
Twisted Empyrean and 
Rathpith Globe for spell damage and to make this whole build work using 
Crown of Eyes so all spell damage is applies to our attacks. Because of the way the mace works we need to stack mana to get very huge amount of cold damage. We taking as our ascendancy 
Titan because this has very good synergy with the slams in general. All of skills that we using is slams. Providing massive damage boost for us and a very cool tech as well.

Twisted Empyrean explained
This unique has a unique line that is exlusive to this and we building around that. Attacks with this Weapon have Added Cold Damage equal to X% to X% of maximum Mana. This will give us a huge base damage. Also give us damage reduction as well: X% of Damage is taken from Mana before Life

Why spell damage is good for us?
We will using Rathpith Globe and Crown of Eyes combination.
The Rathpith Globe need this lines:
- Non-Channelling Spells deal 6% increased Damage per 100 maximum Mana
- Non-Channelling Spells deal 7% increased Damage per 100 maximum Life
This way our mana will give us a very huge amount of increased damage and also our maximum life as well. The mana line is coming from vaal specific corruption. (this was very cheap 20ex)
Normally this would not give us any damage increase but thanks to Crown of Eyes all spell damage increases will apply to our attacks. Providing very huge amount of multiplier.

Effigy of Cruelty explained
This unique in our weapon set 2. This will give us critical weakness giving our spells +10% base critical chance making our crit chance reach 100% on single target fights. 
Effigy of Cruelty has a roll range very important to get Critical Hits with Spells apply 3 Stacks of Critical Weakness. The item has a roll range 1-3.

Slam tech explained
All of our attack are slams and this makes a very interisting way to add more damage to the build. We can use on all of skills Fist of War III. Normally you would need to wait 14 second to able to make this support work which is a lot of time. Titan will provide us 
Ancestral Empowerment which is making every second slam automaticly get ancestral boosted. (30% more damage) but this support is doubles that! Making this support gem 60% more damage multiplier.
