Build Overview

This build clears HALF of the screen in ONE Sunder (Kaom's Madness) and deletes bosses with Earthshatter and Aftershocks.
I also made this setup on Gemling (see here) which is tankier and faster BUT Titan has WAY more AoE and Damage. Both work perfectly fine.

SURROUNDED MECHANIC IS OP

Constricting Command with its passives giving 250%+ Attack Damage, 20% Attack Speed, Block and crazy amount of Armor/Evasion is undefeated.

MANA SUSTAIN

We ignore MANA completely with Defy II gem and Surrounded mechanic which also increases our damage.
Get Mana leech on a ring or gloves until you get Constricting Command.

ARMOR BREAK TECH

Since Sunder has a synergy with Armor Break but cannot break it alone (Payoff skill tag) using Sadist's Mercy it's Harbinger of Madness skill AUTO Breaks Armor through Armour Break III which also generates Endurance Charges for Ancestral Cry.

Make sure to get Rage on Hit on any of the jewels for MASSIVE damage gain. Forge Hammer fissures also generate Rage (Rage III)

LEECH (for Default Setup)

Even with Enemies having Leech resistance having one instance of this is very important as it unlocks some strong passives like Bloodthirsty and Goring (which was buffed as it reduced Life before) but also making us tankier and countering Berserk Life degen.
Fast Metabolism would be also another amazing passive which I will grab next few levels.

PERMA 30% SKILL SPEED TECH & ENDURANCE CHARGES

Weapon set II we use Amor Mandragora for it's Druidic Prowess which give 10% skill speed stacking 3 times by spending Rage.
Spending Rage is EASY with Ferocious Roar having Roaring Cries allocated with Enraged Warcry I and Raging Cry support gems. Spamming this war cry generates CRAZY amounts of Rage which then gives you this buff AND Endurance charges as that is Bear's special passive for also spending Rage.

How it Plays

Rotation

Forge Hammer > War Banner > Infernal Cry > Sunder for Armor Break debuff > Earthshatter

How it Works

Harbinger of Madness breaks armor for Sunder to apply a strong debuff.

Since we are running partial Fire damage for Ancestral Cry having The Molten One's Gift increases our damage by A LOT.

Earthshatter with Aftershocks by default is way too busted as it shotguns with Branching Fissures II and Splitting Ground. That is why it absolutely decimates bosses in 200% delirious. Expect a nerf in the future.
