This build focuses on Bear Slams 
Furious Slam (FS) and Aftershocks and Titan is PERFECT for such setup.
FS can generate Rage so eventually it becomes a ONE button blaster.
LOOK for + Melee skills at vendor (resets every level) or flat damage on weapon, rings, gloves.
Future plan here is to transition fully in to CRIT as there are a lot new nodes.
Venom Crypt Act 3 take Stun Threshold.
Weapons - flat phys, phys %, melee skills, attack speed
Armor (body & helm) - resistances, armor, life
Boots - movement speed, life, resistances, armor
Gloves - flat damage, life, armor, resistances, attack speed, melee skills
Jewelry - flat damage - ideally Lightning to apply shock (+20% damage)

Fury of the Mountain
Shockwave Totem
Herald of Ash
Use Maul until you get Fury of the Mountain - these will serve as our Rage generators for Furious Slam.
Furious Slam does NOT have a Payoff tag which means it can also generate Rage and the plan here is to become one button spammer.
Pounce from Werewolf will be used as a mobility skill but also for it's damage and summoning Wolves (helps with damage).
This is Early (until around level 23 aka First Ascension) version and will be updated constantly.
First Ascendancy 
Crushing Impacts for easy stuns and a huge damage boost.
1. Maul - rage generator (until you get Fury of the Mountain)
2. Furious Slam - main damage dealer - rage spender
3. Pounce - mobility and good damage + summoning wolves
4. 
Ferocious Roar - good source to break armor
- can be slotted with 
Infernal Cry for juicy FIRE damage especially with 
Ichlotl's Inferno later on
5. 
Volcano & Shockwave Totem - amazing synergy for bosses you use both and it will proc aftershocks, volcanic projectiles AND also procs fissures from Fury of the Mountain which automatically generates Rage from support gem
