We use 
Spark to proc 
Lightning Bolt Infinitely.
Temporalis Reduces the cooldown of Lightning Bolt And Mana Flare.
When we hit something, Lightning Bolt will proc, it'll proc Mana Flare, and Mana Flare will proc Lightning Bolt again.
The chain goes infinitely.
Since we have big damage, I tried to get as tanky as possible too.
I had 8k+ ES in game. Also decent amount of armour.
For Helmet, You use Cultivated Unique Item 
The Vertex (equipment)
Aim for +(2—4) to Level of all Skills, +4 if you can.

Choir of the Storm
Try to get one with level 20 Lightning Bolt
Temporalis
Prioritize Elemental Res and Energy Shield.
CD reduction is fine whatever, if it's higher than 1sec

I use it for MF, but you can replace it with something like 
Seed of Cataclysm if you wanna be stronger instead.

Mana Flare is mandatory on Lightning Bolt
it's better to use level 1 quality 20(or 23) Spark.
Cuz we use Spark only to proc Lightning Bolt, not to deal damage.

Just Spam Spark. Nothing Else.
when we hit enemy, it'll crit because we have 
Forced Outcome Ascendancy node.
It'll proc Lightning Bolt With Choir of the Storm. And it'll proc Mana Flare, and Mana Flare will proc Lightning Bolt again. this chain will keep going infinitely.
We can increase the damage with Cooldown Recovery Rate.
Because Temporalis has cap, it reduces cooldown only until 0.1 second.
But even after that, we can still reduce Cooldown with Cooldown recovery rate. till even less than 0.1 second.
So it'll make Lightning Bolt proc more often, which means more DPS.
