Oil Barrage. This ability is so broken we do not need a good talisman for it to 1 shot all bosses. Ideally we have a
Spiny Talisman or
Thunder Talisman that has 3 or 4 mods total between prefix and suffix with this priority:
Prefixes: %inc Ele Damage = Flat Lightning > Fire > Cold > %phys > Flat phys (this roll sucks).
Suffixes: Crit > Attack levels > Crit Bonus.
Belt:
Shavronne's Satchel is just too nice for CI ES stackers turning out life flask into and Energy Shield flask
Amulet: Just need +2 melee and 30+ Spirit. After that we want Rarity > Crit Chance = Crit Bonus > Res > %ES > +ES > %EV > Attributes
Annoints: Budget options Sundering if you're good on crit chance and deadly flourish if not
Vulgar methods and Barbaric Strength good options if the mana cost isn't a problem.
Patient barrier is expensive but saves you 5 Points

All other Gear just Get res cap and as high ES/EV as possible
