Build Overview

Plant Oracle Druid is built around Entangle for a one-button clear with assisting abilities such as Cast on Critical with Bone Cage that create an even better potential for clearing. We could definitely go for alternatives such as Comet on Cast on Critical but that's just going to deplete our mana alot quicker.

Abilities like Thrashing Vines, Thunderstorm & Sigil of Power are here to help us with our single target damage, while abilities like Mana Remnants and Convalescence are here for utility and defense.

This build performs really well with a lower budget aswell and has a really high ceiling if you want to invest even more into it.

Really important to remember that our abilities scale with Physical Damage on spells.

Build Variants

Will release a full video guide very soon for the PURPLE COMET build!
The idea here is simple. We use Comet + Living Bomb in our Cast on Critical which will be triggered by our Crits and having Forced Outcome is really helping us!

Since we are an Oracle we also get Entwined Realities which means that all keystones we get will help us grab nodes without pathing to them. So we pick up Blackflame Covenant which turns our fire damage to chaos, hence the PURPLE COMETS.

Due to the interaction above we can now fully focus on Elemental Damage and clear everything with Cast on Critical so we enhance this further by going into Infusions.

GLOVES:
Since this build is very mana hungry, our first prio is getting Nightscale as it increases our Mana Regen by a ton.

WEAPON:
You can choose to go for a Wand + Focus but I prefer a Staff for overall stats and damage.
Stat Prio for Staff would be: Levels > Spell Damage/Phy Spell Damage > Cast Speed > everything else
If you manage to get a Chiming Staff then you will also get Sigil of Power which is needed for our boss rotation. If you cant get a Chiming Staff as your main staff then get one for your Weapon Set 2. Nothing specific should be on your secondary staff as its only there for the ability.

AMULET:
We need atleast 150 Spirit which is why we get spirit on our Amulet. Campaign should give you 100 Spirit total therefore you should aim to get atleast 50 on the Amulet OR get Profane Commander aswell.
We also need levels, Spell damage & Cast speed if possible on the Amulet. Things like Careful Assassin, Cooked, Overwhelming Strike are good for Annointment.

BODY ARMOUR:
We are focusing on as much ENERGY SHIELD as possible with this build, so that will be our main Base for Body Armours.
Stat Priority for Body Armour will be: Resistances > Energy Shield Recovery > Attributes

RINGS:
% Cast Speed, Max Mana, Max Life are the 3 main stats we want. While also capping our Resistances and/or Rarity.

HELMET & BOOTS:
Energy Shield is king + Capping Resistances and/or others for utility.
Helmet could also have some Critical hit Chance since we need to hit around 40-45% and/or Rarity.

BELT:
3 Great Options are: Rare heavy Belt to cap Resistances, Ingenuity which will help increase your stats from your rings and ofcourse Headhunter

SKILL TLDR:

Entangle is our main spamming ability. We use this to clear our maps and also Spam the boss.
Thrashing Vines is our main bossing ability.

Thunderstorm is only used to water the plants when we fight bosses. This will increase our damage a ton.
Cast on Critical has Comet on it which is great for clearing and AMAZING for bosses too. The fact that we are an Oracle with Forced Outcome really helps with COC.
Elemental Weakness is there to help us deal more dmg on the bosses
Convalescence is here to provide us with the defense if we have any ''ohshit'' moments
Mana Remnants is here to help with our mana sustainability.
Sigil of Power is here to provide us with extra damage on bosses.

Map Rotation:
Spam Entangle. COC will take care of the rest.
(Occasional Thrashing Vines & Thunderstorm for rares)

Boss Rotation:
Sigil of Power -> Thrashing Vines -> Thunderstorm -> Entangle (Rinse & Repeat)

Follow the priority above when leveling or entering early endgame.

Hallowed is not mandatory if you have good defense. You can go for Arcane Nature for more damage instead.

Profane Commander is also not mandatory. We take it so we can get that extra spirit in case we cant afford an Amulet with atleast 50 spirit. We need a total of 150 Spirit.
