Spark to generate energy for 
Cast on Critical, triggering 
Comet. Thanks to Rakiata's Flow, each Comet hits absurdly hard, turning casts into massive burst damage for both tanky rares and bossing.
The build leverages high cast speed and critical strike chance to keep Cast on Critical consistently triggering, creating a constant rain of Comet while Sparks fill the screen. This results in excellent map clear, strong single-target damage, and smooth gameplay.
On the defensive and utility side, the 
Pathfinder ascendancy provides huge value. 
Running Assault significantly reduces movement speed penalties, keeping the build fast and fluid even while attacking.
Traveller's Wisdom converts all travel nodes into powerful sources of increased damage and/or defenses, massively boosting efficiency from pathing alone.
The Covenant provides reliable spell damage leech, while 
Soul Tether allows that leech to apply to Energy Shield, giving us constant recovery during combat.
Overall, this build excels as a fast, mobile caster with incredible scaling, it has strong survivability through a high energy shield pool and great recovery thanks to our spell leech.
Please note:
Soul Tether needs to be cultivated to not have "You lose 5% of maximum Energy shield per second"
