Act 1 and 2 -
Flow State will be better than
Essence of the Storm on passive tree, but due to limited gold in league start, i recommend sticking with EofStorm since we need it later.
Idea of this build is preety fun, because normaly you want to skip Critical Hit nodes while leveling, but thats what actually will make campaign alot easier..
TECH -
Rend attack from second weapon set to get alot of damage in form of %as extra lightning
Act 1-2, we utilize basic monk kit with
Frozen Locus as survival/saving tool.
Frost Bomb to reduce enemy resistance, and
Killing Palm to generate charges for
Falling Thunder ultimate attack.
Alot buttons to press here, but we're monk.. If you dont like this part, just play with bow and
Lightning Rod +
Lightning Arrow or just
Stormcaller Arrow untill QStaff switch.
Hollow Palm Technique is viable, but i recomend to use it as respec point, if you cant upgrade Qstaff for a long time. Normally you want to have new QStaff at lvl4, lvl11. then in start of act 2
Crackling Quarterstaff and then
Slicing Quarterstaff in act 3 start.. thats what can carry you straight to endgame if you invest a bit of currency correctly (*dont know how? check my POE 2 BEGINNER GUIDES Channel )
FINALLY MAIN LOOP:
Storm Wave to shock.
Siphoning Strike to extract shock and big damage + gain power charge.
Falling Thunder if needed with 3 power charges.
Rend buff helps to apply shock everytime.
Invoker ascendancy gives shocked ground, so we need to apply shock once, and then
Siphoning Strike 3 times..
Other skills mostly for dmg buffs, so
Infernal Cry before
Falling Thunder and
Mantra of Destruction here is very usefull, but now our skills does not generate combo charges to activate it (its a bug and hopefully will be functional in 0.5)
