Build Overview

This is 3 in 1 builds actually, so take a read (i write easy and consize anyway).
This build will work for Gemling Legionnaire or Witchhunter, but we go as Tactician for alot of free spirit buffs as league starter.
Build is separated by acts, it showcases character snapshot after each final boss fight, you can find full run and video guide here in links :)

This guide will give you great leveling build from lvl1 to start of Endgame. Then you can experiment or try working your way towards "STARTER T15", which is ~lvl 90 build with same idea and uniques.

How it Plays

So... 3 in 1...I don't like greanade skills, since it requires you to aim preemptively and stuff like that.. I want to run and gun, pew pew...
Thats what we can easily achieve in act 1 - by combining Permafrost Bolts freeze as basic clear, and Fragmentation Rounds if we need extra dmg against elites and bosses.

You will see Rend and Wing Blast here, thats for extra damage if you manage to prime enemy for stun first, and then stun him with Wing Blast to get power charge, and then Rend once to get %as lightning buff... Still in act1 , its a bit of overkill and i never actually used full tech on this run, later we will fix our power charge generation.

ALSO I decided to ignore Frost Bomb this run, but you definetly want to have it in early levels for resistance shreding.

Closer to act 2 we unlock Galvanic Shards - that can be our main clear skill from now on, in combination with Herald of Thunder. Thats what i do, but if you enjoy Permafrost Bolts more, just use Herald of Ice instead (thunder will also work if you have any source of added lightning damage on crossbow/gloves/rings).

This build gives great boss damage from stacking buffs. So thats final form rotation. As tactician we get alot of extra spirit (in form of less spirit cost for skills). When we unlock more gems, i socket Lingering Illusion to roll backwards from boss, plant illusion, boss destroy it, i get power charge. No i use Rend to get damage buff, and place Freezing Mark on boss, to freeze him faster with Permafrost Bolts , at the same time it will give me damage on top. And then unleash explosion on frozen enemy with buffed Fragmentation Rounds .

THATS IT...But.. If you want to test other fun versions..

You can decide what CLEAR you pick Permafrost Bolts or Galvanic Shards . And get your BOSS MELTING COMBO that i used in act 3.
Glacial Bolt with Crystalline Shards and Living Lightning and "added lightning" damage on weapon (or even by using Rend buff), will completely melt bosses, because Impale from shards will store massive damage on top that will be extracted with Living Lightning. To make this combo work, you need to save uncut gem from early stages, so it will be low level, and have Entangle with Biting Frost I that will destroy walls created by Glacial Bolt . thats fun tech, you place entangle and it auto destroy walls.

Or you can go for old-reliable boss rotation with Plasma Blast and Shockburst Rounds .
Idea is simple, you need to apply shock to boss , and Plasma Blast is very good to do it. It takes a bit to charge, so if you having troubles, you can evade boss with Lingering Illusion , apply Rend buff, and freeze boss with Permafrost Bolts, this will shock boss no matter what, since Rend buff gives massive lightning damage on top. OR load Plasma Blast into Mirage Archer since we got enough spirit and this is possible in patch 0.5.0
When boss shocked, just switch to Shockburst Rounds and unleash plasma machinegun rapid fire :D
