The Spring Hare. You can also path to the right side, manually take The Spring Hare and get 
Lightning Rod on the Megalomaniac instead but then you also must take Infusion of Power at the top of the tree.
Time-Lost Sapphire has VERY LARGE RING, notables have increased Maximum Mana, Critical Damage Bonus, Critical Spell Damage Bonus, and Cast Speed. This is in the slot to the right of Eldritch Battery near the

Heart of the Well has Gain as Extra FIRE (for fire infused 
Comet), Lightning Skills have Lucky Hit Chance for Esh's Prowess, Critical Hit Chance, and Recover Mana on Kill.

Sapphire all have a combination of Increased Critical Hit Chance, Increased Critical Hit Chance for Spells, Recover Mana on Kill (or Critical Damage Bonus). Spell Damage and Increased Effect of Socketables on prefix.
