Blood MageThis Build is an Endgame Setup for the Bloodmage Ascendancy with insanely fast clearing capabilities using Atalui's Bloodletting and 
Cast on Critical with 
Lightning Warp to teleport around with ridiculous speed while killing everything we touch in the blink of an eye. When mapping this Build uses 
Arc to facilitate the proc's of Lightning Warp to fully clear any Map as fast as possible, for Bossing we are using 
Ball Lightning to then use Lightning Warp with Atalui's Bloodletting to deal insane amounts of Single Target Damage.
The Build is stacking as much Critical Hit Chance and Critical Damage Bonus as possible, especially the Critical Hit Chance will ideally be capped at 100% to make this feel as strong as possible.
