Stats to look for on rings are flat damage ideally lightning or lightning %. Armor, life and resistances for the rest.
Act 1 boss = Cold Sapphire Charm
Act 2 boss = Lightning Topaz Charm
Another good one to take is Stun and Freeze charm.

Cull The Weak for easy Frenzy charges.
You want the LOWEST level of Orb of Storms as it triggers Storm Lance FASTER and servers as a utility skill. Watch the bosses disappear.
