[0.4] PhazePlays' Witch Minion Campaign Leveling Guide for Lich Arsonist Detonator Endgame Build

NOTE: Raging Spirits are not currently detonatable as of this patch due to to a bug! It's still playable and Unearth can still be detonated but it's not quite as comfy

This guide utilizes Skeletal Arsonist, Raging Spirits, and Unearth for a smooth campaign experience

Campaign Gearing Priority:

Sceptre — +minion levels, spirit, minion damage
Boots — movement speed above everything
Body Armour — keep this up to date, prioritize high ES or ES Hybrid
Shield — block chance, high Armour/ES, life
Helmet — +minion levels, ES, life
Amulet — spirit, +minions, life
Rings — resistances, cast speed, life, rarity
Gloves, Belt — life, resistances

Life & Resistances are great, Attribute rolls are solid. We mostly need Intelligence with a bit of Strength and Dexterity

Level 1:

Create your Witch! Summon an extra Skeletal Warrior after grabbing the Sceptre
Cut Contagion, Flame Wall, and Frost Bomb
Keep an eye out for a level 2 Rattling Sceptre at vendors. If you get one, at level 3 equip it and summon 4 of them

Gameplay

Cast Flame Wall on the move to ignite enemies that chase you, then cast Contagion at low-life enemies. Use Unearth on corpses. Put Fire Infusion on Unearth. Rust King: maintain Flame Wall, Frost Bomb, and cast Unearth at any corpses

Level 6:

Skeletal Arsonist + Fire Attunement + (Multishot I/ Magnified Area I)
Unearth + Fire Infusion
Stash a low level Flame Wall (3 or lower) for use on later bosses in case mana becomes an issue

Consider swapping between Magnified Area I for clear and Multishot I for bossing if you detonate often

Level 10:

Raging Spirits + Last Gasp + Fire Infusion
Flame Wall + Arcane Tempo
Drop Contagion

For single target, maintain Frost Bomb and spam Flame Wall for Raging Spirits (ideally place these between the boss and your Arsonists)

How it Plays

Clear

Occasionally cast Flame Wall to summon 2 Raging Spirits and boost Skeletal Arsonist damage

Cast Unearth at groups of corpses

It may sometimes be worth detonating Raging Spirits and Unearth for extra AoE clear. Test it out and see how it feels. It's likely worth swapping out Scattershot for clear if you detonate often
