Build Overview
Lich is a potent minion Ascendancy! If you prefer to command your army with high cost spells, Lich is ideal.
This build focuses on scaling both the command of Frost Mages and auto attack of Storm Mages. The Frost Mage command is a fast screen clearing nuke that can one shot white monsters in endgame maps. The Storm Mage is the highest damage minion for 1-3 targets, so clear with the Frost, and let the Storm Mages clean up!

Sigil of Power weapon swap is more of a late game thing when you have a large health pool and small mana pool. You would ideally double-spec into duration/area passives on the weapon swap.
