Hey guys, KallTorak here! I'm an Off-Meta creator with an affinity for silly goose time builds! This is my Bullet Storm Witch Hunter build for leveling through the campaign & end game.

Strengths and Weaknesses
- Great Mapper and Sanctum farm. High clear speed and very easy to play. Run N Gun ftw!
- Fun one shotting everything with
Pitiless Killer and 
Myris Uxor. Culling Strike with increased threshold is one shotting most white enemies! - Cheap and easy! You can level this build from level 1 all the way to end game! Feels like you are playing a bullet hell game like Vampire Survivors.
- Boss damage is lacking since this setup focuses on speed clear. Will require investment to push the hardest pinacle content.

Armour Piercing Rounds and 
High Velocity Rounds for all of this journey. If you can start this with a Perfect Jewelers Orb for both of these skills you should.
Important Notes For Leveling
- Your Crossbow is the most important thing while leveling. Prio high physical damage, projectile levels, and attack speed. A good crossbow will carry your damage for several levels. You will need to upgrade your crossbow every 10-15 levels or your boss damage will start falling off.

Armour Piercing Rounds is our main attack skill. You are basically shooting this non stop while you move through the campaign. You only use High Velocity Rounds on rare enemies or bosses. Make sure you keep armour breaking with Armour Piercing Rounds as High Velocity Rounds will benefit from armour break.
Wind Dancer is purely a defensive tool.
