Build Overview

Mjölner is insanely annoying to build around, but this build uses it with Arc and is pretty viable for most, if not all, content.

It converts all elemental damage to chaos with Original Sin, choosing to scale that for various efficiency reasons.

Leap Slam through maps, blowing up entire screens at a time, while slapping bosses with Mace Strike, both of which trigger Arc at a very high rate.

All unique equipment is mandatory, other than Lycosidae which can be swapped for a second Mjölner or with Redblade Banner. I find Lycosidae to outperform the other two for various reasons covered in the video.

The weapon should be self-explanatory.

The Deepest Tower has crazy synergies with Arc and possibly Fluke, while offering scaling to both attack and spell damage.

Trampletoe is responsible for our clear, and benefits greatly from any "gain % of damage as extra", which in this case is provided mostly by Ming's Heart.

Original Sin turns our primary damage into chaos damage, allowing us to skip building penetration and also allows us to benefit from wither, enabled by the offhand weapon swap.
