Zero Duration Chaos Ember Fusillade Titan

Using Palm of the Dreamer, Titan can now reach 100% reduced skill effect duration, with 2 huge payoffs.

1. Time of Need can proc every 0.06 seconds, giving this build 15,000 life recovery per second.

2. Ember Fusillade can be continually cast, effectively without hover duration

Palm of the Dreamer is MANDATORY. This is an expensive build for experienced players.

For mapping, just run around tapping Ember Fusillade.

Single Target Rotation:

1. Despair - reduce enemy chaos resistance

2. Thunderstorm - apply Drench, Critical Weakness, and Wither

3. Firestorm - apply Critical Weakness and Wither

(above steps can be done before the boss spawns)

4. Orb of Storms - apply Shock

5. Hold down Ember Fusillade, while Cast on Critical - Ember Fusillade also pops off automatically.

For in-map abyss, prioritize getting Despair down. I usually just press that and then spam Ember Fusillade since I want to be on Weapon Set 1 for better defensive properties from Time of Need.
