Build Overview
Strengths and Weaknesses
- Literally 1-Shot K.O any bosses (T4 Pinnacle too)
- Overkill DPS for all content
- Best clearspeed (TQ Lightning Spear)
- Strongest build in DotH
- Not the tankiest, but DPS is so high, nothing can even survive / touching you
- Very expensive (Min-maxed gear)
- Need to be familiar on how the 1-shot combo works (Frenzy burst)

Since this min-maxed version is built around stat-stacking, all uniques used is MANDATORY.
Main DPS comes from Hand of Wisdom and Action since we're using Tangletongue, we will be stacking tons of INT to get lightning flat damage.
Tangletongue 👉 Need high flat crit Sacred Flame 👉 Huge DPS boost + FREE spirit Ingenuity (Not mandatory) 👉 But it's super strong if you want to min-max your DPS (make sure u cap ur resists though)Morior Invictus 👉 Must get Attributes, Ele resist & Spirit Astramentis 👉 HUGE attribute boost
Black Sun Crest 👉 MORE attribute-boosting! 
Against the Darkness that im using is B.i.S (if u can afford it)
For rare gear, focus capping ur resists and pump more HP. As for rings, MUST have INT/DEX.

Lightning Spear is our MAIN skill for both mapping & T16 bossing.Wind Serpent's Fury is only used for T4 pinnacle content or if u need a huge BURST of DPS.Herald of Thunder basically helps Electrocute to gain Frenzy charges from Combat Frenzy, it also trigger Innervate & Ice Bite sometimes.
Combat Frenzy is enough for frenzy sustain during mapping, but sometimes u may need to manually cast Sniper's Mark if you're unlucky & out of frenzies. Elemental Conflux is a HUGE DPS boost if it rotates to Lightning or Fire damage. (It is not mandatory btw)Conductivity + Lightning Exposure(from spear stab) + Sacred Flame's unique mod = Makes ANY bosses have so little resists they would just DIE in 1sec. Wind Dancer + the support gems i inserted is actually a pretty excellent lifesaver! AoE is huge enough to blast & knock anything that hits you! Give it a try!
I prefer to use Blink instead of 
Rhoa Mount, cuz u can jump out from a hardcore gangbang situation.
Since we're dealing enough DPS, we don't need 
Infernal Cry, plus we don't have enough gem slot lmao~

Ascendancy Guide
1. 
Avidity is MANDATORY for consistent frenzy charge sustain.
2. 
Gathering Winds & 
Wind Ward for extra SPEED & Defense
3. Since we're utilizing skills that rely on Frenzy charges to boost up our DPS/any benefits, 
Thrilling Chase is a must!
*Important*
Must get Avidity for first ascension, it can help you sustain frenzy charges even on early game.
How it Plays
⚡ For mappingLightning Spear 1-SHOT everything basically...(including map bosses) *Cast Conductivity if u wan to melts bosses faster btw*
⚡ For Pinnacle boss (1-SHOT K.O) set up
1. Cast Sniper's Mark
2. Spear Stab to gain Frenzy charges
3. Repeat until u get max Frenzy charges
4. Cast Conductivity
5. Wind Serpent's Fury insta-kill anything
(If you're lazy to use the 1-shot K.O Set up)
Damage from Lightning Spear or 
Spear Throw / Spear Stab is enough to poke Pinnacle bosses to death.
