Entwined Realities utilizing 20 passives with this. Collapsing Horizon isnt required but more fun for making more comets. You might be better off with a rare quarterstaff. Look fora 
Lunar Quarterstaff with +5 attack skills, Gain % of damage as extra physical damage, crit hit chance, and as much damage as possible.
In order for Collapsing Horizon to feel good you need good rings with lots of added damage.
