BELT - Headhunter is IDEAL for mapping but Ingenuity is also a great option OR Darkness Enthroned with gloves attack speed sockets - these mainly for bosses as HH doesn't do much

2H Weapon - physical flat, phys %, extra fire/phys, + melee skills, attack speed, onslaught/fissures - I recommend Sacred Maul for it's highest base attack speed OR Massive Greathammer for highest base damage

1H Weapons - Molten Hammer is a great base since we are Avatar of Fire with flat elemental damage, extra fire dmg, + melee skills, attack speed, onslaught/fissures

Gloves - attack speed/melee skills, resistances, increased effect of sockets, flat damage, armor

Boots - movement speed, increased effect of sockets, armor, resistances

Body - armor, spirit, resistances, crit reduction, elemental damage taken

Rings - flat fire damage, fire % damage (IMPORTANT), rarity/life, resistances/attributes

Amulet - melee skills, life, armor, resistances, attributes
- can allocate anything you like really I prefer Titanic as it gives a lot of buffs

Jewels

Heart of the Well - skill speed/attack speed, body armor % increase, extra fire damage

Against the Darkness - extra fire damage, extra strength

From Nothing - allocates around Blood Magic to get the important passives

Megalomaniac - Acceleration and second any other offensive passive you can find
