Build Overview

Unchanged for 0.4

This Build is an Endgame Setup for the Lich Ascendancy using The Last Lament Crossbow in Combination with the Low Life Mechanic provided by Eternal Life to get extremely high Movement Speed, Clear and Damage.

The Eternal Life Lich Ascendancy Node not only enables us to permanently be Low Life to make use of Passive Tree Nodes like Killer Instinct, Support Gems like Execute III and Direstrike II or the Tecrod's Gaze Rune, but also provides the Character with an addtional Defensive Layer with Soulless Form on top of our high Evasion Rating, Deflection and Energy Shield.

All of this not only gives this Build insanely fast Clearspeeds, but also makes the Character unusually Tanky for a Build like this.

This Build is an Endgame Setup, it is not suited for Levelling.

If you want a Levelling Build for the Lich Ascendancy, use my ED Contagion Lich Build Guide that will take you from Level 1 all the way into the Endgame.

Big Shoutout to both Farham and Sowza, both of them did amazing Versions of this Build and alot of the Inspiration for this came from them.

  • Astramentis: High Attributes -> Pure Power Annoint
  • Hand of Wisdom and Action: 1-12 Lightning Damage Corruption
  • Ingenuity: High % -> Increased Charm Charges Gained -> Reduced Charm Charges used
  • Body Armour: High Evasion -> Spirit -> Deflection Rating -> Resistances -> Attributes
  • Rings: Flat Lightning Damage -> Increased Lightning Damage -> Attributes -> Resistances
  • Helmet: High Energy Shield -> Resistances

Gear Upgrade Priority:

  • Rakiata's Flow

Once you get Rakiata's Flow you are able to Respec alot of your Passive Tree Points and loose all the nodes containing Lightning Resistance Penetration since Rakiata's Flow provides you with that.

After getting Constricting Command you can then spec into the Surrounded Nodes on the Passive Tree like Thrill of Battle and Frantic Fighter.

When you are able to get Death Articulated you should also get a new Amulet with +3 Projectile Skills and Spirit. After that you can spec out of the "Attribute Stacker" Nodes on the Passive Tree like Polymathy and Jack of all Trades and can also annoint a new Notable onto yourr Amulet instead of Pure Power.

With these Changes you can than slowly transition into the Min Max Expensive Version of this Build.
