0.4 Chaos Minions Witch FAST Leveling

This is a minion chaos leveling build that will take you through all the way through the campaign and to endgame maps extremely fast! This build has seen some smaller changes, nerfs in some areas, buffs in others. But easily remains a solid option going into 0.4.

By combining high damage chaos damage over time from Despair and Essence Drain with minions and spectres, we have a massive amount of both AoE and single target damage, perfect for leveling.

We also add in spectres to apply additional chaos damage, which really ramps this build straight through any boss or challenging part of the campaign.

We open with Essence Drain as our main damage.
Cast Contagion on the same monster to then spread this once we beat the monster.

Keep Withering Presence up by staying near mobs for extra chaos damage.

Minions:

For minions, the Skeletal Sniper work fine as an additional source of damage, and an extra DoT from their poison cloud ability., can switch this to Skeletal Arsonist if you prefer, or can go all in on Skeletal Warrior for more protection.

Spectres:

After level 11 we can unlock spectres where we can go and captures random monsters and use them as minions, these change every league and likely will need testing again in 0.4. Here are some really good ones I've tried so far that should stay okay if you would like to use them:

Act 3: Slitherspitter from the Venom Crypts. Very high poison damage AoE

Act 3: Filthy Crone from Apex of Filth. Seems to apply curse debuffs and deal chaos damage

Act 3: Chaotic Zealot (melee version). These deal very fast melee chaos damage, and we can have lots of them at once.

Apply DoTs to enemies, spread it with Contagion and melt packs instantly.
