Build Overview

This build will help you speedlevel your Alt Caster.

You can follow this guide without being a twink, you simply replace the uniques with rare gear that gives, Energy Shield, Spell Damage, Level to Spells, Cast Speed, Resistances and Attributes.

However, if you want to create a Twink and reach the Endgame in no time, here is what you will need to prepare:

Prepare all the Uniques we'll be using throughout our leveling. Better to have them all so you can easily replace and upgrade your gear on the go.
Prepare all the Skill, Spirit and Support Gems so you can easily equip them when you reach the level requirements.
Setup your filter before leveling so you dont see items you might not need in the campaign.

Use Iron Rune and Quality them up to 20%. You dont need to Quality the wand because that only affects Mana Drain which we dont use.

LEVELING UNIQUES PRIORITIES:

WEAPON

Lifesprig is the best option with +3 or +4 Levels of All Spell Skills. Add Iron Rune on it.

OFF-HAND

Threaded Light is amazing for the Spell dmg per Spirit, the mana regen and ES.

BODY ARMOUR

Enfolding Dawn is the best choice because of the extra SPIRIT which will give us damage due to our Focus, Threaded Light

HELMET

Greymake is an amazing choice for the first half of the campaign due to Attributes. We will replace it later.

BELT

Meginord's Girdle is an awesome choice for the Strength, resistance and Flask Effects.

GLOVES

Painter's Servant is a great unique to start with due to the extra dmg gained.

BOOTS

Luminous Pace for level 1. We will replace it later.

AMULET

The Everlasting Gaze for level 1 then replace it with Stone of Lazhwar at lvl 8.

RING

Seed of Cataclysm + Glowswarm for level 1 will be a good combo to start with. We will replace them later.

TWINK ALT:

If you are Twinking this out, make sure you use Lesser & Greater Jewellers Orbs and Quality ALL your abilities to 20%.

NORMAL ALT:

If you are NOT Twinking this out, then you can follow the priority of Support Gems above. They are all placed in order.

Spark, Frost Bomb, Orb of Storms will stay for the whole campaign. Flame Wall will be paired with Raging Spirits for the first 2 acts and then be replaced.

We take Pounce for mobility. You need a random Talisman on your 2nd set.
