This is THE Cast on Freeze Comet Sorceress build that is dominating PoE2 right now! This build focuses on freezing enemies, lowering their cold resistance and then causing huge damage by raining down comets which explode Frost Wall crystals. It's incredible for clearing maps and for bosses.

We set this up so we trigger 2 comets every single time we freeze an enemy - you have to ensure you are running the right passives and support gems to ensure this otherwise this won't be consistent!

The most important items to get are your weapon (highest priority stat is +levels to cold skills which for each level improves damage by 50% roughly)

For armour make sure to get movement speed boots as a high priority

Then for the rest of your armor aim for life, resistances, mana, energy shield

Endless Blizzard and Energy (Next to Invocated Efficiency ) are MANDATORY to ensure comet on every freeze.

How it Works

Use Frost Bomb to lower enemy resistances below 0%. Then can use Frost Wall to surround enemies with icicles and thenFrostbolt which will freeze enemies and trigger Cast on Freeze and call down Comet

To ensure Cast on Freeze works on every single freeze we need to use Impetus , Endless Blizzard and the Energy node next to Invocated Efficiency to get us to generate 166.7 energy per freeze. We use Spell Echo to make 2 comets come down every time.

For single-targets you can add in Hypothermia first to lower resistances more, and spam Frost Wall which hits VERY hard and auto shatters against bosses. Throw in some active casts of Comet on top of using CoF Comet as you don't freeze bosses as often
