Temporalis to reduce the cooldown on 
Choir of the Storm, allowing it to proc rapidly when critically striking.
Trampletoe bolsters the single target setup when combined with 
Frost Wall. When you overkill frost walls, overkill damage will be applied from the boots.
Additionally, walls can be critically struck for the purposes of generating energy for 
Cast on Critical. While most triggered skills cannot generate energy, 
Greater Lightning Bolt is an exception to this.
Thus, this build creates an infinite loop from Crit -> Cast on Critical + Frost Wall -> Greater Lightning Bolt activates and hits Frost Wall -> Cast on Critical retriggers.
Temporalis, when rolled well enough, also eliminates the cooldown of 
Blink.
Rarity, Res, Attributes, Cast Speed, Life, Mana, ES on gear.
Weapon just get a good crit lightning wand.
