Whirling Slash Build.
You'll stack Attributes, and it'll increase your accuracy rating, attack speed, Damage, etc.
You'll have very high attack speed, and move with speed of light. 1-shotting everything on the way while you're moving.
I wanna provide guides for cheaper versions too, but unfortunately I don't have enough time and energy to do it right now. (Unfortunately I'm so busy now, sad.)

Prioritize base with higher attack speed
Prefix(ideal):
1. Accuracy Rating
2. Damage Options
Suffix(ideal):
1. Dexterity
2. Increased Attack Speed
3. Leech Phys Dmg as Mana(For Bossing. If you can't get one with spear, get one with one of the ring)
-2nd spear
Get anything. it's for [Weapon Set II] Passive tree only.
- Hand of Wisdom and Action
Get one with [Adds 1 to 12 Lightning Damage to Attacks per 20 Intelligence] if you can
-Ring
Prefix(ideal):
1. Flat Damage
2. Accuracy Rating
3. Rarity of Items Found
Suffix(ideal):
1. Dexterity
2. All Attributes
3. Intelligence
4. Strength
(You can squeeze in Rarity of Items found in suffix too. If you want it higher)
- Morior Invictus
1. All Elemental Resistance
2. Chaos Resistance
3. All Attributes
-Boots
Get resistance + Max life (Max mana too if you can)
Movement speed is not needed at all.
-Jewels
Sapphire:
1. Max life on kill
2. Max mana on kill
3. Increased Area of Effect
Time-Lost Emerald:
Prefix(ideal):
1. Small Passive Skills in Radius Also Grant 2% Increased Accuracy Rating
(Upgrading Radius isn't needed)
Suffix(ideal):
1. Notable Passive Skills in Radius Also Grant 2% Increased Attack Speed
2. Notable Passive Skills in Radius Also Grant 2% Increased Attack Speed With Spear
If you can't find proper one, you can just use regular Sapphire jewel and adjust passive tree.
or use 
Time-Lost Diamond. Get [#% Dexterity] or [Gain Extra Damage]s, or any other useful options.
Also, it's extremely easy to divine time-lost jewels. If you can't find ones with max rolls, you can make it yourself.

Support Gem Requirements:
Str 30
Dex 50
Int 25
Whirling Slash
Whirling Slash
Whirling Slash
Berserk
Rapid Assault
Herald of Thunder
Use level 20 spirit gem for Herald of Thunder
also, use level 1 skill gem for 2nd and 3rd Whirling Slash if you can(lowest level possible)
Rapid Assault too. Use lowest level skill gem possible.
Also, don't forget to bind 2nd Whirling Slash with 2nd weapon set (for other skills, bind them with 1st weapon set)
-Mapping
1. You use 2nd Whirling Slash first. (level 1, with radius&font support gems)
It'll create bigger Whirlwind, which also provides you buffs.
2. You spam 1st Whirling Slash for mapping (the one with DPS support gems)
1st Whirling Slash has very small Whirlwind radius.
But if you use 2nd Whirling Slash(which has bigger radius) First, and then use main Whirling Slash,
You'll be able to keep carrying bigger Whirlwind with you. which allows you to have larger AOE.
That's pretty much it. And use 3rd Whirling Slash, when you have no mana to use main one.
-Bossing
1. Spam Rapid Assault as long as you can (to get combo stacks as many as you can)
2. Spam Whirling Slash
Like I said earlier, you need at least 1 [Leech Phys Dmg as Mana] option in your gear.
There's a glitch now.
Culmination support gem will infinitely increase your Damage, and not lose combo stack.
This is why we can invest so much just for attack speed and still have enough DPS.
