WE WILL BE USING 2 UNIQUE ITEMS THAT MUST BE CULTIVATED WITH THE NEW CURRENCY FROM VAAL TEMPLE.

The Vertex (equipment) - This helmet can be cultivated to get up to +4 All Skills. This is a massive damage boost. The Vertex comes with Crit Chance and Chaos Resist which has the ability to make it expensive depending on which mods get deleted when Cultivated. My current Vertex has +3 All Skills but I was able to get 2 sockets and still keep 26% Crit Chance and 15 Chaos Resist. A +4 is wildly expensive.

Soul Tether - We will be using this belt for big tank. These have become fairly affordable. We want to remove the modifier "You lose 5% of maximum Energy Shield per second" and replace it with any other good modifier. You ***MUST KEEP*** "Excess Life Recovery From Leech Is Applied To Energy Shield".

Atziri's Acuity - These are fantastic gloves for Raw Crit Chance and Instant Leech. YOU MUST anoint Fast Metabolism on your amulet for Excess Leech to work from Soul Tether.

Amulet - Priority on amulet is Level of All Spell Skills and Cast Speed/Crit Chance. % Maximum Energy Shield and % Global Defences are fantastic for Energy Shield stacking. Spirit is useful if you want Arctic Armour.

-BODY ARMOR should be a Energy Shield Base with Very High Energy Shield, Resistances/Attributes.

Rings & Boots - These slots should be used to fix your Resistances and also try to add Extra Damage or ES.

This build is designed as a fun 1 Button build BUT you can still add additional abilities if desired.
Budget version using Elemental Weakness for bossing only.

You can replace Vilenta's Propulsion and Sione's Temper inside Frostbolt with Considered Casting and Cold Mastery for more single target bossing damage.

Remove all skill points leading to Stormcharged if you are lower level or having problems with points. Allocate Dynamism will left over Weapon Set 1 points.

**Jewels above are from live character in game.**

You should have just over 96% Critical Hit Chance For Spells for all skills. Evocational Practitioner on the skill tree will finish to 100%.

Remove any Critical Strike nodes you do not need. A Staff or Wand/Focus, Helmet, Gloves, and Jewels with High Critical Hit Chance is ****HIGHLY**** recommended.

-Important Jewel Information-

You will want Critical Hit Chance and/or Critical Hit Chance for Spells on jewels.

Other modifiers for jewels are:

Increased Maximum Energy Shield or -

Critical Damage Bonus , Critical Spell Damage Bonus , Spell Damage, Elemental Damage, Trigger Spells Deal Increased Damage, Meta Skills Gain X Energy.

All changelogs past this point are put individually on each tab for specific variants. This system will continue and improve for new builds and future leagues. This should make following a league start and new variants more comfortable.
