Tank like no other, walk like no other, if you don't want to hurt your fingers then there is no better.

Simulacrum
Lets begin with AFK Simulacrum. In the video, I demonstrated that you can AFK the encounter but actually, the build can just kill the boss and waves normally and faster. So you do have the option of just playing like normal build and killing monsters with skills.
How it works
How the build works is by using a very strong
Massive Greathammer with very high Physical damage, not pdps. We care about the big number and not so much about the attack speed.
Wind Dancer is our "AFK" skill that procs attacks, which damages enemies around us with our
Massive Greathammer base damage. The new Poison III support gem provides almost 100% poison chance when combined with
Hulking Form + nodes around
Exposed Wounds. Taking
Aggravation and
Bloodletting gets us around 80% bleed chance, which is enough for our purposes.
Herald of Blood with Poison III and Magnified Area I will then bleed and poison enemies around enemies that die, essentially proliferating the degen across a pack.
Herald of Plague is also used to spread even more poisons.
During mapping,
Leap Slam or
Stampede can be used as the primary damage/travel skill to apply big degens to packs. I prefer
Rolling Slam as the single target as I dislike the glory mechanic behind hammer of the gods.
Armour Breaker or
Mace Strike can be used to apply armour breaks to bosses.
Annoint
Building Toxins appears to greatly improve clear as it allows 2 poisons to help spread from
Herald of Plague. Prefer Annointing amulet, but can also swap around with
Megalomaniac. Next best target is
Material Solidification.
Defense
Defensively, the new armour applies to elemental damage such as
Tempered Defences provide incredible resilience vs elemental damage when stacking armour.
As a result, armour is a heavy focus for the build, taking
Iron Reflexes and
Leather Bound Gauntlets. It's very important to get a very very high armour glove, as it will double and provide the majority of the base armour.
Heavy Armour adds even more base armour, along with
Stone Skin (optional) for
Warlord Cuirass.
With the use of
Giant's Blood, we can use a shield such as
Prism Guardian along with our mace. The block nodes i have, perfectly cap our block at 54%.
Prism Guardian also generates a huge amount of spirit for us, allowing us to add additional auras such as
Magma Barrier >
Scavenged Plating > (
Berserk
Attrition, both optional tbh).
Crystallised Immunities is pretty important, with good dex nodes leading to shock immunity.
The new timeless keystone from Amumumuamu gives us Sacrifice of Flesh, which is essentially a shitty Progenesis by raising our max hit by 20%, but deferring the prevented damage as 150% damage instead. TLDR, raise max hit and take a degen = 150% of original defer.
To offset such insane degens, we rely heavily on slow leech and
Made to Last. With so much armour, the recoup becomes significant in high damage situations.
Leech is important as we need to offset the progenesis effect.
Fast Metabolism gives us overleech and
Savoured Blood gives us more and longer leech, which helps extends healing through slow animations.
Attributes
Attributes will be on of the hardest things to manage with this build.
Giant's Blood +
Heavy Greathammer = 312 required Strength.
Wind Dancer @ level 18 requires 135 dex. When buying gear, try to keep in mind that high roll attributes will go a long way. I have a single T2 strength mod, and If i could i would and loved for it to be a T1 dex or str.
Constricting Command
Constricting Command is in my opinion the mageblood of PoE 2. This helmet does everything, when you take all the nodes around
Frantic Fighter
Favourable Odds
Tactical Retreat
In the Thick of It and
Thrill of Battle.
With
Hulking Form, the 37% attack -> 50%, 45% armour -> 67% and so on. The efficiency of these nodes beats everything else allowing us to skimp on inefficient nodes and pick up more important nodes.
Defy II is a new support that allows for Soul Taker like effects on all our attacks, while also give it lucky damage. This synergizes incredibly with
Ryslatha's Coil and Heft.
Atalui's Bloodletting is the new lineage support which we swap between clear and bossing. As we scale our gems higher and higher, we can increase our cost and bonuses to an insane amount. Since skills cost mana/life over time, our
Fast Metabolism makes it so that we stay at full HP at all times.
Final Thoughts
This build is extremely tanky and you will be able to enjoy not dying. Single target is far from the best, but it's definitely acceptable.
This feels very CWS-eqsue if you're familiar with my CWS Chieftain build from PoE 1 (yay tourist).
I'll keep working on this build and any new stuff i'll add and keep a change log below.

Update
1. Rage when hit from
Ignore Pain and get a extra link on
Wind Dancer
2. Rage on hit from
Time-Lost Ruby next to battle trance.
Annoint/megalomaniac
Building Toxins. This seems to improve clear even more.
From nothing, to save points
Leather Bound Gauntlets and
Gem Enthusiast and
Bleeding Out.
Cheaper than 3x
Grand Spectrum and seems to be a fair trade off. If you want life, go back.
