Winston’s best build focuses on his leaps. Early on, it’s better to take weapon power and Siphon Gloves for faster cash farming and survivability. Once you get some cash and your second power, it’s time to shift all item purchases to ability power and Winston’s hero items that buff his Leap. Full on dive build, so don’t try to poke battle the Tank. Jump the back line, quick elim, jump out.
