How It Works
They just can’t nerf it enough. Juno’s best build remains a Topredo build. All Powers increase the uptime and effectiveness of Puslar Torpedoes, and every item invests into Ability Power.
Not only will you be firing off Torpedoes nonstop, but you’ll also be building ult faster. The high Ability Power buffs Orbital Ray as well, so that will help keep your ult inline with the increasing damage and healing of the later rounds.
