D.Va's build turns her into the ultimate poke counter killing machine. This build heavily relies on Defense Matrix usage, so if you are facing off against Zarya, be sure to slot in Plot Armor early.

The strategy here is to use Matrix to protect yourself and your team. Keep an eye out for key abilities like Moira Biotic Orbs that are a Matrix priority.

You'll be farming Ult very quickly as long as you're absorbing plenty of projectiles, so either play aggressive, reset with mech, or use Vanadium Injection for a stat boost if you want to hold your ult.
