Overview

In Splatoon Raiders, you'll be venturing throughout the Spirhalite Islands in search of treasure. Exciting environments await, including sandy beaches, volcanic regions, frozen tundras, and more. But what do they all have in common? They're completely swarming with Salmonids!

These fish-like foes come in a large variety of shapes and sizes, each with their own characteristics and threat levels. Let's dive in and take a closer look at the enemies we can expect to encounter.

Lesser Salmonids

Lesser Salmonids are the most basic of the bunch and tend to be rather weak on their own. However, they tend to horde together, meaning they can quickly overwhelm you if you're not prepared.

Chum

One of the most basic Salmonids, equipped with a frying pan.

Small Fry

A baby version of Chum, armed with a metal spoon.

Sparky

A dangerous Salmonid that will run up close and explode. Stay clear of this one!

Spring Chum

A Chum variant that utilizes its spring to bounce towards you.

Tong Chum

A Chum that opts for tongs instead of a frying pan.

Boss Salmonids

Boss Salmonids are much tougher than their Lesser counterparts, and come with unique strengths and weaknesses to overcome. You may need to pull out the right tool for the job, or at least take extra precautions when one comes in sight.

Salivator

A flying Salmonid that summons persisting gusts of wind onto the battlefield.

Salty Tongue

A large Salmonid that will lunge at you with with its big bite attack.

Scrapper

A well-protected Salmonid that faces you head-on.

Smoker

A mischievous Salmonid that produces fumes to protect its allies.

Seasoned Salmonids

Seasoned Salmonids are the deadliest of the bunch, and are easily identified by their extra "salty" exterior (the saltier, the deadlier). Be sure to come prepared with your best Gadgets!

Big-Stack Stinger

A towering foe that simultaneously shoots three long-ranged beam attacks. You can whittle it down piece by piece, or go right for its head.

Minced Scrapper

An incredibly sturdy Salmonid, bolstered by its armor, and equipped with a deadly roller attack.

Thick-Cut Salty Tongue

An evolution of the Salty Tongue that trades its melee bite for a huge and powerful laser blast.
