How to Get Zero MC Signature Weapon - "Day Off" - Quest Guide

Day Off is a Solid Arc of highest rarity (S Rank), that has:

• ATK: 512
• Charge Efficiency: 33%
• Effect (Eclipse): Increases ATK by 50% + creates a 40-second Eclipse where each enemy defeated restores 6 Ultimate Energy (up to 5 times). Cooldown: 300 seconds

This is one of Zero's best weapons without a doubt. Charge Efficiency is best sub stat for Zero, which has barely any other sources. But also the passive effect restoring more energy when enemies defeated, even if Zero is off field.

Works perfectly for both DPS and Support Roles.

You can get Day Off very early in game, which saves you from spending precious materials on bad or mid Arcs for Zero.

After finishing the Tutorial, and reaching the point when Main Quest asks you to go to house to rest, you may start Eclipse hidden quest from the BAC HQ in Area M10 far south in map (Starting Area)

Talk to the special Anomaly NPC "Eclipse" few times, in the morning, across several locations on the map. Be prepared for some serious climbing

Bureau of Anomaly Control (BAC)

• Open Map, Teleport to BAC
• Move Camera, Eclipse is standing in front of energy ball
• Finish Conversation with her to start her journey to explore the human world ad try to understand.

The Roof of the Film Studio

• Open "Time System" from Main menu
• Select "Sunny" and fast forward to Tomorrow 8:30 AM
• Teleport back to Eibon
• Head South East to "Film Orbit Studio" near the coast
• Climb to the roof
• Find Eclipse and Finish her dialogue until she teleports away.

Illusion Town

• Forward time to 8:30 AM Sunny again.
• Open your map, and drag to North West and find Illusion Town
• This Area is still Unexplored in early game, so track the teleport point and/or Wertheimer Tower
• Borrow a car, and drive through "Davidia Avenue" or " Fiscus Avenue"
• Unlock the tower and climb any building towards the East of the Tower Square. You can spot Eclipse on a tall building with some Pink painting.
• Double Jump and Glide East across Davidia Avenue and climb to reach her
• Finish her dialogue until she teleports away

Coastal Highway

• Forward time to 8:30 AM Sunny again.
• Teleport back to Eibon
• Head East towards the coast
• No climbing needed, she's on the street, exactly at the stairs leading down to the beach
• Finish her dialogue until she teleports away

Tikal Bridge

• Forward time to 8:30 AM Sunny again.
• Pick a car and drive to the San Francisco style Bridge (you can see it from previous location)
• Get on foot and ascend the main suspension cable of the bridge that forms a slope and works as a ramp
• Reach highest walkable point, then jump and glide towards the Bridge Tower.
• Slowly climb to the top of the tower. (Slow climbing doesn't consume Stamina)
• Talk with Eclipse who's about to destroy the world with her Energy Ball, Persuade her with wisdom until she teleports away

Bureau of Anomaly Control (BAC) Again

• Teleport to BAC to find her in the starting spot
• Talks to her to get the Arc as reward
• Now Zero has her in their pocket, and can summon her at any time

Now you got the Arc, equip it to finish another Hidden mini-quest

• Head to Unheard Shores in South West of the map.
• Unlock the tower to reveal the map
• Right next to the tower, you will find Curious Kid who talks about wanting to see a Solar Eclipse
• Make sure it's mid day time, so the Sun is facing the direction the kid is looking. (3 PM is good time)
• Use your Day Off Arc ability, to summon Eclipse. (Press R on Keyboard, or B on Controller)
• Talk to the kid again, who speaks in awe and admiration about the Eclipse
• You get "World Changer" Achievement
