How to Get Hathor Signature Weapon - "Raging Flames" - Quest Guide

Raging Flames is a Plasma Arc of highest rarity (S Rank); that has:

• ATK: 666
• Critical Damage: 24%
• Lakshana DMG: 15%
• Effect: Increases wearer's Redirect Skill & Ultimate DMG by 10% for 10s after casting Ultimate. Increases the wearer's Redirect Skill DMG by 5% per cast while active, up to 2 stacks.

This is Hathor's best Arc in the game. Her triple Skill casts and powerful Ultimate makes most of her DPS, so these passives are tailored made for her. And the very high base ATK is a huge benefit on top of that.

It can also be used on Nanally if you don't pull on her signature Arc. Nanally benefit from all bonuses minus the Lakshana DMG.

On of that, the Arc unlocks a very cool visual effect. And unlocking it is free, through the Anomaly Hunt: Headless Rider

Have you seen some wild Screenshots or Shorts on Social Media of a Motorcycle with flaming tires like Ghost Rider but blue? This is the special visual effect of Raging Flames

• Equip Hathor with Raging Flames
• Place her in your team
• Switch to her to be Active character
• Summon a Motorcycle or borrow one, and ride on!

Note that Hathor is the only character in game that doesn't switch to MC when trying to ride a car or Motorcycle.

Find the Headless Rider on Coastal Highway

• Set time to around Midnight (00:00)
• Ride a Car (Important) and, head to Coastal Highway (South of Eibon)
• • You may come out of the teleport point in Ebion, or the one north of Fox Window Street and head south
• Keep driving West, until the Highway pass under the bridge (The juncture point where Davidia Avenue connect to Tikal Bridge)
• You shall see Blue lights, hear spooky Motorcycle sounds, and an Anomaly prompt appears
• Give a chase (still heading west)
• The Highway will go under another tunnel
• At this point, he considers you losing 'The Race', and the Road will turn into a portal to Headless Rider Anomalistic Domain. Where he will pass judgment on you and you have to defend yourself.

Fight the Headless Rider

• Headless Rider is a Class IV Anomaly, and a five star Commission, so bring a good team
• He attack with a Scythe in wide AOE
• Defeat him to claim the Raging Flames Arc

Exploration Guide Implication

Stage 7 of Exploration Guide require Completing Anomaly Hunt: Headless Rider. So the whole progress might be halted if you don't clear this out.

So it's important Task to finish, regardless if you have Hathor or not.
