What is the Radial Menu?

In Monster Hunter Wilds, and any other entry to the MH series, every second counts when you're in the heat of battle against your target monster.

Rather than having to hold down L1 to open your items and cycle through them with â–³ and â—¯, the Radial Menu allows you to simply flick to an option with your R-stick.

Here is an example, the default Radial Menu:

You can see that the current Radial Menu selected is the Action one. Within the action one, you can flick up for Whetstone, Left for Optimal Health Recovery, Right for Optimal Status Recovery, and Down for SOS.

In this guide, we'll teach you how to customize your Radial Menu for your playstyle and needs to let you focus more on your hunts.

How to Customize It

To find your Radial Menu, press Start and look within the first tab, Items & Equipment.
