Build Overview and Variants

This build can be used with any weapon combination of your choosing but works exceptionally well when used with the Hunting Horn in the toolkit shown. Below you will find a breakdown of how to play this and what each perk does to support it.

Wide-Range + Mushroomancer
At the start of an encounter you will want to eat the following mushrooms nearby other players. Some of these buffs will need to be reapplied throughout the encounter as noted below.

Nitroshroom - Demondrug - Long Duration
Parashroom - Armourskin - Long Duration
Toadstool - Immunizer - Medium Duration
Devil's Blight - Dash Juice - Short Duration
Blue Mushroom - Instant Potion

You will also be able to apply other short duration buffs through readily available seeds such as the following. Using Botanist in this build makes these easy to farm without ever changing your gear. They also stack with the previous buffs.

Might Seed - +Attack - Short Duration
Adamant Seed - +Defense - Short Duration

This makes you a massive force multiplier for the party but also gives you a lot of utility outside of this. Whenever anyone takes a big hit, quaff a potion or other healing item and you will quite literally save them. Because of speed eating the heal goes through nearly instantly. Blue Mushrooms have no eating time and heal for their full effect instantly as well.

Free Meal
You now have a 45% chance to not consume whatever you just consumed. This is incredibly useful as it effectively increases your inventory size with a bit of RNG thrown in. On average you now have 19 potions instead of 10. You can get very unlucky or very lucky with this so keep that in mind.

Speed Eating
This speeds up the application of any potion or other consumable you use. It's incredibly powerful as it actually makes health apply faster to the rest of your party as well. This makes Mega Potion's a near get out of jail free card for your team.

Blindsider
This build also lets you blind nearly anything with environmental flashes and Flash Pods. Use these when a boss goes into his enrage pattern or is in a particularly dangerous position. You can save your party with these and should be using them whenever you can to mitigate potential damage.

Adaptability
No need to fill your inventory with Cool Potions or Hot Potions. Ignore the elements and get more stuff into your inventory to help your team.

Divine Blessing
Just in case you do get hit in combat you can easily recover due to this life saver. While you're fumbling around on the ground make sure to call your Seikret and immediately start quaffing potions like it's going out of style.

Earplugs
Don't let those pesky roars stop you from healing and buffing your allies. With these in you can keep the songs running and keep chugging potions in style.

Shock Absorber
Your songs will no longer be taken down by every longsword player ever. You know who you are longsword users. You know.

Botanist + Geologist
Anything you pick up is now increased in stack size dramatically. You may also find cookable foods and rare materials more often. This lets you re-stock mid fight depending on the location and farm like nobodies business outside of that.

Resounding Galahad + Crazed Melody
You can dual wield these bad boys to provide an insane amount of support to your team. Start with Crazed Melody and apply Status Attack Up + Divine Protection + All Ailments Negated. Then swap to Resounding Galahad and apply Attack Up (L) + Knockback Negated. Once you have all these buffs just start placing Echo Bubbles and running Extend All Melodies. Since the Resounding Galahad can cast Extend All Melodies all of the buffs you applied will stay for the duration of the fight. You can mix in some Restore Sharpness to keep the party blasting out damage.

Food Bonus
For this build I like to run Veggies, Kunafa Cheese, and Eastern Honey together for each meal. This gives +8 Resist All, +2 Defense, and a chance to reduce incoming damage outside of Divine Blessing. The real benefit here is the resistances but having a damage reduction proc is really nice since you're in the bosses face all the time.

The total Stat Buffs from this build are as follows:
Nitroshroom - +5 Attack
Might Seed - +10 Attack
Parashroom - +15 Defense
Adamant Seed - +20 Defense
Attack Up (L) - +10% Base Attack
Echo Bubble - +10% Base Defense | +5 Resist All
Status Attack Up - +15% Base Status Element

When combined with other songs these are the total benefits to your team outside of you bonking the boss in the face. This is a considerable increase in survivability and damage output for everyone involved and you have 100% uptime on all of this.

+35 Defense
+5 Resist All
+15 Attack
+10% Base Defense
+10% Base Attack
+15% Base Status Element
Divine Protection
All Ailments Negated
Dash Juice
Immunizer
Wide-Range Heals

Overall this build is a lot of fun, offers insane utility, and is something different to play around with. Hope you enjoy!

How To Play

Start by using your Crazed Melody to queue up Status Attack Up + Divine Protection + All Ailments Negated. Then on your Seikret run near the monster and apply the following seeds to your team.

Adamant Seed
Might Seed

From there enter the following mushroom rotation or apply a heal using Potion, Mega Potion, or Blue Mushroom as needed.

Toadstool
Parashroom
Nitroshroom
Devil's Blight

Once that is done execute on your queued buffs from Crazed Melody and then swap to Resounding Galahad and apply Attack Up (L) + Knockback Negated. Make sure you keep these buffs running the entire fight by using Extend All Melodies on the Resounding Galahad.

The Resounding Galahad does a ton of Stagger and Exhaust status if you hit the monster in the face so make sure to drop your Echo Bubbles around there and go to town. Due to your extreme resilience you're VERY unlikely to get one shot at any time. Even from a full combo on Tempered Gore or Arkveld it usually ends up being 50% of your max health.

After this you can drop into rotations for healing and applying Dash Juice with Devil's Blight. Healing is very quick thanks to Speed Eating so quaff those Mega Potion whenever you see someone at 70% or below. If they are higher then quaff a Potion instead.

If there is a very critical moment and you need instant health then go for the Blue Mushroom. This has basically no consumption time and gives HP to everyone instantly as a result. It's VERY good for big boss combos.

Whenever the monster tries to leave or the fight becomes too hectic throw a Flash Pod out to keep them in place or cool things down. This can help reset the fight and buy some time to stabilize the group.

Throughout the fight you're going to be calling on your Seikret and running around to ensure you're up and able to heal everyone or pummeling the monster in the face to inflict Stagger and Exhaust. Don't forget that you can call on your Seikret when knocked down to get back up and moving faster. Just spam that button!
