Energy Overflow Soulfist Build Guide for PvE
Build
The build relies on the simple rule of using utility skills for buffs first before using high damage DPS skills. It sounds simple but it's actually extremely hard to master in execution.
It is the faster paced class build as it lets you ignore the Hype Energy Meter while also wanting you to keep it constantly under 30%, forcing you to spam your skills to gain increased damage.
That being said, it’s most effective with lots of Cooldown Reduction Tripods and Swiftness. You will quickly cycle through Hype Level 2 and 3 with as little time as possible at Hype Level 1. This takes a lot of practice to do effectively, but is extremely rewarding.

Skill priority
You need about 300 total points to ensure that you have 10 points in all your top skills and make the build really work. and should be lvl 7 for the buffs.
If you don't have enough points for the above you can substitute and with and for an easier rotation.
How to play
This build is fast paced and hard hitting and the low cooldowns make it easy to mess up your ideal rotation. This is because you have a lot to pay attention to with the Hype Meter, but once you get it down it's quite rewarding.
Hype Management can be tricky. If you go to LvL 3 , it can take you a while to recharge and use Hype again. This means you need to be confident that you can capitalize on the window you are in Hype 3. Otherwise, you are better off rotating between Hype 1 and 2 more rapidly. Also, the perfect time to switch to the next Hype level is when your current one is about to expire. As you can see there are a lot of timings to master here in additional to executing you rotation correctly.
Skill Rotation
In general, you want to hit your buttons in the following order, but the cooldowns are low and things will happen in the fight, so just make sure you get in your hardest hitting attacks after .
- for self buff
- behind the enemy if possible
Finally, you can use for mobility, building charges of , and for the built in attack buff. Don't be afraid to weave it into the end of your rotation if you don't need the mobility.
