Peacemaker (7M) Gunslinger Build Guide for PvE
Build
Gunslinger is a very mobile, fun and consistent damage class that requires good positioning and cycling through her weapon stances: Pistol, Shotgun, and Rifle. The weapon swapping mechanic enables her to have 16 skills at her disposal. In order to play Gunslinger effectively, you need to be able to reposition quickly using your mobility skills, swap stances to deal damage and be quick on your feet to adapt to any situation.

How to play
Gunslinger’s main strength is her ability to constantly deal damage from any range, which requires correctly cycling between your three weapons based on the situation.
Your main damage skills have long animations, and are often “backloaded” (most of the damage comes at the end of the skill animation). This means proper positioning and knowledge of boss patterns is required to reach your full damage potential.
However if you really boil it down, gameplay is very simple:
- Apply your 10% crit resistance debuff synergy with , and
- Use 2-3 damage skills
- Go back to step 1
SHOTGUN COMBO
and have similar range and cooldown, so are often used back to back, but it is not always possible.
SALVATION STACKING COMBO
+ + + +
Salvation Set gains stacks by hitting the enemy, and you gain 2 stacks for crits. The most efficient opener to get these stacks is to use the abilities that are multi-hit and have the highest crit rate from the tripod.
Focused shot animation cancel
+ Spacebar Dodge +
Focused Shot’s 4th bullet has a recovery animation that can be canceled with the spacebar dodge to chain into another skill more quickly.
Skills explanation
tripod applies a mark to the boss with the 3rd shot that causes the 4th to do extra damage. You can precast the skill at the boss’s new position if they are moving or coming out of an invulnerable status with this in mind, as long as you land the last 2 shots. The skill’s animation can only be canceled by spacebar.
with tripod has increased damage on the last shot. There is a timer for each cast, when it runs out the skill will be canceled. If the boss teleports or becomes untargetable after you cast the skill, just wait till the last moment of the timer to cast a shot. This will let you still land most of the shots and not waste the skill entirely. You can cancel the skill by weapon swapping or walking.
tripod has a fire damage over time effect. Every shot of the skill will stack the DoT, up to a max of 7. For every stack, you inflict a percentage of the base damage. You must land all 7 shots to do maximum damage. This skill can be canceled by weapon swapping.
is a combo skill that has two casts. The skill can be canceled by weapon swapping during the first cast while the second cast can only be canceled with your spacebar.
and have similar cooldowns, and are often used back to back. The two skills have slightly different ranges. The first cast of has a shorter range than its second cast, which is similar to the range of .
tripod only affects the charging speed. It doesn’t affect the speed of the skill when you tap it. The ideal use is in melee range of the boss by double-tapping the skill to cancel the animation. explosions are affected by Shotgun and Rifle bonuses from . If you have it at lvl 3, be in Shotgun stance above 50% and Rifle stance after 50% during the explosions.
If you’re moving away from the boss, you can cast ignoring where your mouse is and then aim it towards your target. This cuts the time of you moving your mouse back towards the boss before casting. This skill can be canceled by releasing the key.

Endgame bracelets will have 2 static and up to 2 rollable bonuses (3 with Ancient Bracelets). These bracelets also typically want bonuses that compliment each other like Hammer and Wedge, which are difficult to roll.
Endgame bracelets are typically extremely expensive to purchase and roll, costing hundreds of thousands of gold on average. Do not roll for these bracelets until you’ve finished gearing up other parts of your character.
Endgame bracelets should consist of the following affixes:
- Crit
